Stranjah Miller born Desmond Anthony Miller on December 18th, 1985 in the parish of Clarendon in Jamaica is a recording Reggae and Dancehall artist. Humble and creative concerning his music, his sound feels different to the average. Many say that his style reminds of great artists such as Capleton, Jah Mason, Lutan Fyah or Anthony B.
He is a man who enjoys live, people and mother nature. A true Rastafarian ancient warrior ruled under the element of fire, a person full of essence and spirit whose goal is to use music to uplift himself, his family and the ghetto youth out of poverty. He wants to be a good role model for the youths through the power of The MostHigh, so they can be inspired and motivated by the movement.

When he was a child his mother ran a little shop in the countryside in Clarendon where she would play cassettes of sound systems like Stone Love, Metro Media, King Sur Gav or Killamanjaro, starring big names as Josey Wales, Charlie Chaplin, Brigadier Jerry or Nicodemus. These sounds played a big influence on the young Desmond, who soon become inspired and started to learn and sing those same songs at school with his classmates.

As a young man, Stranjah Miller always followed sound system culture, going to stage shows to watch artists perform but also to talent shows which would inspire him to write his very own lyrics so he could enter in the competition.
It was on 2011 when he recorded his first single “HILL SIDE” for More Life Production which brought him some exposure across the US. It was from that moment when Stranjah Miller started to take seriously his career as an artist.

He has recorded singles with ZION HIGH sound, a French producer with whom he made the videoclip for the song titled "KINGSTON TOWN" which had huge impact in France and Jamaica. This gave him the opportunity to travel to Europe to perform and promote his music in places such us Mallorca, Amsterdam and Paris.

His next release was with Big Joh Records “HIGH GRADE” whose videoclip had a big success with 1 million views in only 6 months. This well stablished French connection led him to collaborate with major artists from this country such as Straika D, Tiwony, Cless Shine, Professor Liv'High and Mathieu Ruben. In this European enterprise, Stranjah Miller has worked with many producers such as Irie Ites Records, Party Time Records, Dance Soldiah Records, Wagwaan Studio, Strategy Record, Ben Dub Station Production...

Today Stranjah Miller presents his 1st official album "BAD SLAVE" produced by Strategy Record, an eclectic project that ranges from urban pop to Jamaican dancehall through USA-style hip-hop, without forgetting the roots with digital reggae live that will appeal to all generations.
